Anthony Neville Homes are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Administrator to join our team who will provide comprehensive administrative support to our office team.

The Role:
The role includes general administrative duties, producing reports, letters and schedules, as well as dealing with general enquiries via email and telephone.
Assisting in matters associated with planning permissions.
Assisting in matters related to processing sales receipts claims and associated accounts data entry.
Management of the company social media accounts.

The Skills:
With proven practical administration experience within a fast-paced organisation, you have accumulated advanced Microsoft Project skills as well as a highly organised and proactive approach to work. You are used to working on multiple priorities, making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.
You have experience taking instruction from multiple departments, while also managing expectations and ensuring consistent delivery of service.
Experience in working in a construction environment, with ROS, and social media is desirable.
